Chicken Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut to taste.
- Cooking oil.
- 150 ml soy sauce.
- 250 ml water
Puree:
- 5 red onions.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper.
- 1 tsp pepper grains.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
How to make:
1. Wash chicken thoroughly and drain.
2. Fry chicken until slightly dry. Lift.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
4. Enter the fried chicken, and sweet soy sauce. Stir well.
5. Pour the water, cook over low heat until thick sauce.
6. Remove and serve warm.
