This is my evening snack with Eka. So I want to shared the recipe for my friends who loving read my blog. Even I'm not searching adsane to this blog.

Pisang Goreng, or fried bananas is very popular
in Indonesia. It can be eaten as a dessert or a
snack in the company's tea break time. Fried
banana is easy to do. He needs a few ingredients
and short cooking times, will not believe how
delicious this simple dessert be.Here's recipe.

Ingredients
- 5 medium ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 2 to and 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 50 g margarine
- water
- oil for frying

Directions
Mix first flour with sugar, eggs and margarine. Mix with a spoon, add a little water to make it smooth.

2nd Place the bananas in the third
mixture Heat oil in a wok and fry the bananas, but do not overload the wok.

When it is crisp and golden, remove the paper towels and serve while still warm.

Enjoy this. For tropping I love used chili souse or for better taste, put cheese and chocolate for sweet taste of that :)
