This is not me, really it is not me. How come I love cook hahahaha, so crazy right? Almost weekend I always love to spend some hours at kitchen. Why? Yes I am making something food, more than one menu. The main menu and also dessert.
A few weeks ago, I made porridge. Before making this porridge. I am searching flour but I don't know what should I buy flour for making Cendil Porridge , I got wrong buy flour. NOTE: In here many kind of flour is Wheat Flour (Tepung Terigu), glutinous rice flour (Tepung Ketan), Cornflour (Tepung Beras) etc.
If I want make cendil porridge, I should buy glutinous rice flour but I buy cornflour. So I can't make it. Uh, I am feel so bad but I really imagine will eat it when home. But that is Ok, I change my mind so I am trying to make Sum-sum porridge.
I called my mum and ask what should I make this Sum-sum porridge.
This is recipe Bubur Sumsum (Porridge)
Ingredient :
100 grams of rice flour
½ tsp salt
3 pieces pandan leaves , torn , make a slip knot
650 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
sauce :
100 ml of water
200 grams of brown sugar , finely sliced
2 pieces of pandan leaves , made a knot
HOW TO MAKE :
Mix in part coconut milk, salt and rice flour , stir . Set aside .
Boil remaining coconut milk with pandan leaf using a medium heat , stir . Pour the flour mixture made earlier , stir until cooked and thickened.
Mix all the ingredients sauce , boil until thickened and filtered .
Serve porridge marrow topped with brown sugar sauce .
The other time, finally I can make Cendil/ candil porridge ) this one is my favorite porridge. Short stories.. I will shared the recipe :) in other post
